南瓜葡萄枣子糕

用料

南瓜
红枣+葡萄干
面粉
酵母: 200克的面粉需要2-3克的酵母

做法

  1. 南瓜切块上锅蒸熟
  2. 蒸熟的南瓜去皮压成泥
  3. 南瓜泥变温凉后,加入面粉和酵母
  4. 和成比较软的面团,放入模具中进行发酵
  5. 当发至两倍至三倍大时,加入泡好的红枣
  6. 上锅蒸25分钟即可。吃时切小块
