南瓜饼

用料:南瓜泥 100克,糯米粉 80克,豆沙馅 40克,葡萄干 若干
做法:

  1. 南瓜切块入微波炉高火5分钟
  2. 糯米粉倒入南瓜泥混合成面团后搓成长条
  3. 分成小剂子后包入豆沙馅
  4. 用小刀在南瓜团上按出南瓜花纹
  5. 蒸笼上刷油,南瓜饼底部刷油,冷水上锅蒸8分钟
  6. 时间到了开盖稍凉后取出即成
