芹菜炒墨鱼

原料:

芹菜,墨鱼卷,盐,味精

做法:

  1. 芹菜,墨鱼洗净切片
  2. 锅内烧一些水,水开后把芹菜烫一下,再开立刻捞出
  3. 锅上火加热,加油,加入墨鱼热炒,加料酒和盐,略加水略焖
  4. 加入芹菜,一起翻炒,加味精调味,翻匀盛出即可

注:

  1. 我不爱吃大蒜,所以没放,喜欢的可以在做法3前爆炒蒜末
  2. 我也懒,芹菜一股脑地权切进去。讲究的人只选用芹菜根且不用刀用手撕成一小段一小段,并舍弃撕下的丝
