番茄鱼片汤

原料:

片、番茄、葱姜蒜、香菜、番茄沙司、盐、黑胡椒粉、料酒、淀粉。

做法:

  1. 鱼切片加盐,料酒,黑胡椒粉,淀粉,抓匀腌制30分钟,放入冷藏室
  2. 番茄洗净切片,葱切葱花,姜切丝,蒜切片
  3. 热锅放油,油热后下葱姜蒜爆香
  4. 下番茄片翻炒,大约3~4分钟后,感觉番茄片变软(即番茄籽已模糊,有汁水流出)
  5. 倒入番茄沙司再加一点点水继续翻炒1-2分钟;
  6. 加入清水(即汤水量),放入腌好的鱼片煮至变色后,撒少许香菜,再加调料,如盐,胡椒粉等即可关火
