馄饨

  1. 调料:盐、糖、老抽、生抽、花椒油、沙姜粉、料酒
  2. 青菜煮开,然后取出切碎
  3. 香菇,榨菜等辅料切碎后与肉糜搅拌均匀
  4. 鸡蛋一枚,搅拌混入。
  5. 在盛器上撒一点面粉防止粘住
  6. 当天吃不完的馄饨放入冰冻室速冻30分钟左右,然后装袋备用。
