通心粉

  1. 冷水盖没通心粉,加橄榄油烧15分钟左右,直至面条变柔软捞出拌少许橄榄油备用。
  2. 热平底锅放入橄榄油,以中火将芹菜叶子、蕃茄、打散的蛋液一起拌炒,加入酱油和菱粉,再加入面条、白酒一起拌炒3分钟,最后撒上适量起士粉即可起锅装盘
